Colourful Covent Garden Cooking

Just incase you missed my recent post on Instagram and the highlight of my 2021 so far, I thought it essential to reshare my first foray (in years) into the world of home-cooking. It’s taken a pandemic and more than a few friends suggesting that a hot-meal would be good idea, so I bit the proverbial bullet and ventured back into the kitchen.

If you have any simple COLOURFUL recipes you would like to share please do send them in. I’ve just made a banana bread, it’s still cooling, not sure it’ going to be as good as the fish-pie but at least I’m back in the kitchen.
